How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items, orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping times vary by location:
  • GTA - Same-day delivery (orders before 2 PM)
  • Ontario - Next-day delivery (orders before 4 PM)
  • Canada-Wide - 2-3 days
  • USA - 2-5 days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free global shipping for eligible orders. For dolls over 100cm, we provide free shipping in North America. All orders include tracking numbers so you can monitor your shipment. For more details, see our Shipping & Return Policy.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes, all packages are shipped in 100% discreet packaging with no indication of contents on the exterior. Your privacy is our priority, and the packaging will appear as a standard neutral box with no labels or information revealing the contents.
What sizes are available?

Can I customize my doll?
Yes, many of our dolls offer customization options including head, body, hair, makeup, and accessories. Customization options vary by product and brand. What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, unused condition with tags attached. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide including Asia, Europe, and North America. We can deliver to remote areas in these regions. Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your item is ready for shipment. You'll receive tracking information via email, allowing you to monitor your package's progress throughout the shipping process. For made-to-order items, you may receive two tracking numbers: one for shipment from the factory to the logistics company, and one for shipment to your address.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before we confirm the order (generally within 1-12 hours). Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing.
